Please email / telephone to register your interest for a particular ride and indicate whether you will be on your own or bringing any friends.

Start times for all our day rides are at 9 am. The rides usually last for up to 5 hours, taking in a pub lunch or picnic on the way.

A charge of £15 will be charged for the ride; for this Red Spokes will provide a lunch, guided ride (normally 2 guides, with first aid), a map of the ride and a bike mechanic. You will, of course, have the opportunity to meet fellow cyclists, with a good mixture of people who are considering their first Red Spokes tour, those who have been on one or more Red Spokes tours before and those who simply fancy joining fellow cyclists for a social ride.
